The CAGEMASTER 3000 Pile Cage Machine is the machine
for MEGA projects increasingly present on a world scale. Its DNA is
to ensure strength and resistance over time.
The history of the machine
began in 2008 when we were commissioned in Hong Kong, going on to challenge
a market where cages for large structures typical of that area started
with a diameter of approximately 2 metres, reaching up to 2.8 m., and
this continued in 2014 with HYUNDAI to construct the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad
Al-Sabah Causeway Project, a 48km long bridge in the gulf of Kuwait.
CAGEMASTER 3000, together with the rest of the range, requires little
maintenance and little need for intervention or spare parts.
Simply:
Designed to last. Its productivity range goes from piles with ø: 1000
mm up to 3000 mm with bars from 50 mm and a 20 mm spiral.
The machine
is supplied with an insertion system of the servo-assisted bars to facilitate
loading weights and dimensions that are too heavy for an individual
operator.
Furthermore, there are various mobile platforms to optimise
the production of this type of structure. The advanced software helps
the user in each production step and reduces bar loading time.
The CAGEMASTER 3000 allows creation of round cages, to weld on one
side or both to guarantee maximum strength of the cage built. We offer
custom solutions for the most wide-ranging production needs.

15’’ control panel The 15’’ colour touchscreen control panel was created to guarantee easy use thanks to the widespread use of clear and intuitive icons. The software supports the operator in all work phases from setting a new job to diagnostics. The machine can also be interfaced with other devices.
